Rockies Baseball Game
I have tons of fond memories, but this baseball game is at the tippy top of the list. It’s always in the up in the air how toddlers will behave at any given moment, but there was not one single thing wrong with this day! It was about an hour car ride to the field which went without complaint, and then we made it all the way through the line, concessions, and to our seat without any issues or distractions. Nice! Garden of the Gods
Garden of the Gods has this name for a reason! It’s beautiful!! There are miles and miles of trails, and every new turn and angle is just as magnificent as the last. My family and I drove to get to “Balancing Rock.” Three guesses as to why it’s named that lol! They tried their best to hold it up!! Well one did, and one supervised haha! Manitou Springs
Manitou Springs is known to be a little more quirky and eclectic. But there are so many bright colors and fun things to look at. We spent a whole afternoon just walking up and down the alleys with gift shops, memorabilia, treats, and coffee shops to stop in. If you’re game, you can drink from one of the mineral springs. It is natural running water and all have a different taste! Some are sweet, some are tangy, but you might even get a few with a carbonated metallic flavor…just like guessing jelly beans!
